Acceptable Use Policy
Fair-use rules that keep Ruqelo Arabic premium, safe, and sustainable for all learners.
Last updated: June 2025
Draft policy text for product planning. Legal review required before production billing launch.
Purpose
This policy protects learners, staff, and platform economics — especially voice features with direct compute cost. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or account termination.
Trial and account integrity
- Do not abuse free voice trial credits through repeated or automated sign-ups
- Do not create accounts with bots, scripts, or bulk registration tools
- Do not share one account across multiple unrelated users
- Do not attempt to bypass voice credit limits or quota enforcement
Platform integrity
- Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest curriculum, scenarios, or user content at scale
- Do not reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Do not interfere with other users' access or experience
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Ruqelo Arabic to promote or engage in:
- Illegal activity, fraud, or impersonation of others
- Harassment, hate, or targeted abuse
- Sexual exploitation or content involving minors
- Violence or credible threats
- Spam or deceptive marketing through the platform
High-stakes and safety
Do not rely on Ruqelo AI for medical emergencies, crisis response, legal decisions, or official translation without qualified human verification.
Scenario practice for healthcare, Hajj, or workplace contexts is educational — not professional certification.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently close accounts that violate this policy or our Terms of Service.
